Ans 1. The different ways of sending messages through post offices are letters and the courier service called Speed post . Ans 2. Letters sent through courier services reach any city in India in just a day or two whereas an ordinary postal delivery take several days. Ans 5. The means to communicate or send a message to a large number of people at the same time is called mass communication . Newspaper, radio, internet and television are all mediums of mass communication.
